Sharing and caring for your memories

What we welcome

We welcome a few remembered words, a longer tribute, photographs, videos and recordings. Names, dates and small corrections to the archive are welcome too. It is fine to say “I don’t know.”

What happens after you send

Your contribution goes into the family’s private collection. Dolph reviews the original, considers where it belongs, and keeps uncertainty and the source of each account visible. Nothing is published automatically.

Publication and your name

You can choose family-only sharing or allow the family to consider your contribution for the public archive. If you allow publication, choose your full name, your first name and connection to Paul, or anonymous credit. Your email address stays private, and family approval cannot override a family-only restriction.

Editing

Your original words and files are preserved separately from any proposed addition. An excerpt may be lightly edited for length and identified as “edited for length”; we do not change its meaning. A summary is described as an attributed recollection, and quoted words remain your words.

Photographs that show children

The family considers the privacy of anyone pictured, especially children. Identifiable minors are published only with the family’s judgment and, where possible, the consent of those pictured. Anyone may ask for a face to be blurred or an image to be removed.

Removal and corrections

Please tell us if a name, date, identification or interpretation needs correcting, or if you want your contribution removed from public view. We will review the request and record corrections without silently changing the historical source. You can also change your publication or attribution choice by contacting the family.
